Ayadi Integrated Services is an integrated facilities management company headquartered in Maadi, Cairo, with operations across Egypt. We provide the full range of facilities management disciplines, including workforce management, maintenance, mechanical and electrical services, cleaning, pest control, supplies, catering and security, under a single accountable contract.
Ayadi serves enterprise clients in sectors that cannot tolerate service failure: oil and gas, healthcare, banking, government, FMCG, industrial and corporate operations. Our model is built on one principle: the client should manage their business, not their facilities vendors.

Founder & Executive Management
Ahmed El Dmnhoury
Founder
Founder and CEO of AMD Holding. He established the group in 2019 to build and scale businesses in operationally complex and underserved sectors across the MENA region, including Ayadi. With over 15 years of leadership experience, he previously served as Group CEO of BBIH and Managing Director of Advanced Employment, and holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School.
Ibrahim El Dmnhoury
Managing Director
Over 10 years of operational leadership, service management, and commercial experience across the MENA region (including Egypt and the UAE). As Managing Director, he drives Ayadi's strategic expansion, operational quality, and compliance standards, drawing on a strong background in sales, service management, and business development.
Sherif Mansour
Group HR Manager
Leading the group’s human resources strategy across its entities and ensuring alignment between people practices and business objectives.
Tamer Awad
